INBOX FOLDER


Inbox is a folder that collates all incoming messages, sent by HMRC to the current user.

Built-in Features

Clicking the Inbox button brings up a table containing summaries for the messages contained within the Inbox.

Tools for manipulating messages in this table can be accessed via a set of buttons on the toolbar and also via a Context Menu associated with the Inbox's table. Note that the context menu is invoked by pressing the right button on the computer's mouse.

Individual messages within the table can be selected for manipulation by clicking on them. Multiple message can be selected for simulatenous manipulation by using the click-and-drag features of the mouse. In combination with the CTRL key, the user is thus able to select one or more contiguous ranges of messages at a time.
