Sent Items is a folder that stores copies of all messages submitted by the user to HMRC.
FBI stores all sent messages in the computer's filing system using a secure encryption mechanism, thus protecting potentially sensitive information from misuse.

Clicking the Sent Items button brings up a table containing summaries for the messages contained within the Sent Items folder
Tools for manipulating messages in this table can be accessed via a set of buttons on the toolbar and also via a Context Menu associated with the Sent Items table. The context menu is invoked by pressing the right button on the computer's mouse.
Individual messages within the table can be selected for manipulation by clicking on them. Multiple message can be selected for simulatenous manipulation by using the click-and-drag features of the mouse. In combination with the CTRL key, the user is thus able to select one or more contiguous ranges of messages at a time.
The set of tool buttons, and the context menu, enable the user to:
Drop-Down pops-up a list of all accessible TAX REFERENCES.
The Drop-Down expands to a pop-up window when mouse-clicked. Individual TAX REFERENCEs can be selected by clicking them.
A mouse click combined with the CTRL key enables the selection (or deselection) of
multiple TAX REFERENCEs at the same time. The pop-up window can be closed either by clicking on
the white cross inside its caption bar or pressing ESCAPE. After selection, clicking
the Refresh button populates the table with messages belonging to
the selected TAX REFERENCEs.

or as XML
Open messages for more detailed display on the computer screen
Delete messages from the Inbox and place them in the Archive folder
